This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our Site or use our Services, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. We also describe the measures we take to protect the security of the information and how to contact us about our privacy practices.

Age and Geographic Restriction

Our Site is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Kiinilife will never knowingly request information from anyone under the age of 18. Any person who provides their information through the Site represents that they are 18 years of age or older.

Kiinilife is concerned about the safety and privacy of children online. Because of this, we will make all efforts to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”). COPPA and its accompanying FTC regulations establish United States federal law that protects the privacy of children using the internet. We do not and will not knowingly contact or collect Personal Information from children under 13.
