1. Refund Guarantee
For customers within their first month of subscription:
- We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are unable to obtain your medication within the first month of your subscription, you are eligible for a full refund. Simply contact our customer support team with your details and the issue faced.
- *Once approved for medication and the medication is shipped, we cannot issue a refund.
2. Ongoing Subscriptions
After the first month, the subscription follows our regular terms:
- Cancellation: Subscribers must cancel their subscription at least 48 hours before the next charge date to avoid being billed for the subsequent month.
- Refunds: After the 1st month of your subscription, Once charged, refunds will not be provided if the subscription has not been canceled 48 hours before the renewal date.
- Access to Services: If you place a cancellation request on the renewal date or any date prior to your next billing cycle, you will still have access to our services till the end of your billing cycle.
3. How to Cancel
If you wish to cancel your subscription:
- Please send an email to support@kiinilife.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and provide your subscription details and reason for cancellation. Our support team will assist you promptly.

- Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method.
