KIINILIFE is an online, medically supervised weight-loss program that offers personalized treatment plans, including GLP-1 medication prescriptions, and regular consultations with a weight-loss coach. It stands out from other weight-loss programs by emphasizing medication and individualized support. KIINILIFE is also the first program to feature a comprehensive ecosystem of medical doctors, bariatric endoscopists, and plastic surgeons to assist you on your journey. Each surgeon partnered with our program is board-certified and has been thoroughly vetted by our team to ensure the highest quality of care for our members. If you opt for surgical weight-loss options within our program, you will receive ongoing guidance from our coaches, many of whom have personal experience with weight loss and surgery.

What are GLP-1 medications, and how do they work to help with weight loss?
GLP-1 medications are a class of appetite suppressant medications that can help you feel full and satisfied after eating, leading to reduced food intake and weight loss. These medications can also improve blood sugar control and lower the risk of heart disease.
What does it mean to compound the generic form of a GLP-1 medication?
Compounding refers to the process of creating a medication by combining different ingredients in a specific way to meet a patient's individual needs. In the case of GLP-1 medications, compounding pharmacies can create generic versions of these medications that are bioequivalent to their name-brand counterparts. How do doctor interactions work in KIINILIFE?
Doctor interactions in KIINILIFE will be performed synchronously (via video call) or asynchronously (without video), depending on the state you live in. Every patient will have access to our messaging system to communicate with their doctor 7 days a week, with responses provided within normal business hours.
Does the KIINILIFE program include medication in the pricing?
Yes, medication is included in the pricing for our program.
Does KIINILIFE work with insurance?
Not yet, however we have insurance routes under development.
How often can I communicate with my doctor through the messaging system, and what should I expect from this form of communication?
Every patient in the program can message their doctor 24/7, with responses within a few hours. The messaging system allows for convenient and flexible communication with our medical professionals, making it easy to get quick answers to your questions and concerns.
How often will I need to check in with my health coach, and what will those check-ins entail?
The frequency of check-ins will depend on your individual needs and goals.
How do I know if I'm eligible to receive GLP-1 medications?
Eligibility to receive GLP-1 medications will depend on your medical history and other factors, which will be assessed by your KIINILIFE doctor.
Will I be required to follow a specific diet or exercise plan as part of the program?
Kiini's treatment plans are designed to be personalized and flexible, and may include recommendations for diet and exercise changes to support weight loss. While lifestyle changes are an essential part of the program for optimal results, you are not required to follow a specific plan. Our focus is to work with you to develop sustainable lifestyle modifications that suit your preferences and goals.
How does KIINILIFE Integrate surgery into its program?
Our KIINILIFE care team and wellness coaches will guide our members through the process of going through surgery and what that entails. Our team is educated and here to help you make an informed decision. Members of the KIINILIFE program will have access to our network of highly vetted plastic and bariatric surgeons should they want to go down the surgical route.
What should I do if I don't receive my medication?

If you have not received your medication, we understand your concern and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please reach out to us immediately so that we can address the issue promptly. Our team will investigate the cause of the delay and work diligently to ensure you receive your medication as soon as possible.

In the event that the pharmacy encounters a shortage or any unforeseen circumstances, rest assured that we will keep you informed and take appropriate action. If required, we are committed to providing you with a full refund for your order, ensuring you incur no loss if the medication is not obtained.

What if I choose to discontinue the program?

You have the freedom to cancel the program at any time. If you wish to cancel, please email support@kiinilife.com.

For new orders, you must cancel prior to the prescription being sent to the pharmacy. For subscription services, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the renewal date in order to avoid being billed for the subsequent month.

Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot offer a refund.

What if I wish to obtain name-brand medication?
If you prefer to obtain name-brand medication, we will adjust the monthly cost of the program to $199 and send the prescription to any retail pharmacy within the United States. Please keep in mind that insurance approval for name-brand medication is not guaranteed, and at this time, we are unable to assist with prior authorization insurance authorization. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
How long does it take to get my medication?

Once your doctor approves your medication, the script will be sent to the pharmacy. You can expect to receive your medication anywhere between 4 and 7 business days.*

*Please note that due to high demand shipping times could take longer than usual. This can be anywhere from 4 to 15 business days.

What if I pay and don't get approved for the medication?
We are committed to providing you with a full refund for your order, ensuring you incur no loss if the medication is not obtained.
